2018 Fall For Fairfax Food Vendor Consideration Form

This is the online request form for all new vendors interested in being considered for the 2018 Fall for Fairfax KidsFest event.  Filling out this form does NOT guarantee placement at the 2018 event. This form ONLY indicates that you are asking to be considered for any open vending spaces for the event.  Once all return vendors from the 2017 Festival are confirmed for 2018, the committee will know what, if any, openings are available for 2018.  All new vendors will be required to submit references.  If a new vendor is selected, he/she will be contacted by phone to discuss further logistics and answer any questions.

 

Important Deadlines:
Septmeber 1st - All returning vendors are confirmed
September 8th - Any New Vending Operations Selected are Confirmed and Registered
September 14th -- Certificates of Insurance Due for Accepted Vending Operations
September 14th -- Confirmation Materials Sent Out for Accepted Vendors
